Before you write
A few things solve most of what reaches us:
- The match failed or the score looks off. JustSame needs a clearly visible face in each photo. Results are best when both people are photographed with a similar pose, expression and lighting: a front-facing shot beats a three-quarter one.
- Your JustCoins are missing. JustCoins are synced with iCloud: on a new device, sign in with the same Apple Account and keep iCloud on. If the balance is still wrong, write to us with the date of the purchase.
- You want a refund. Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves.
- The app crashes. Tell us your iPhone model and iOS version: it makes the difference between a guess and a fix.
